Mr Dutton would not be drawn on speculation that former Howard government ministers
Bronwyn Bishop and Kevin Andrews would be included in the new line-up.
"I'll leave that to Tony for later in the day," he told Sky News, adding there was a
limited number of positions.
"That's going to make a tough day for a number of colleagues."
